Welcome to Mr. Bryant’s  Science Classes.

This year I will be teaching 7th Grade Advanced Science, and IPC for advanced 8th Grade Science.

Background info on me: 

   I am a retired army veteran of 20 years in the Army Infantry. I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Science where I majored in biology and minored in Earth science. This is my ninth year here at Gatesville Junior High School. I have a son that graduated from Gatesville High School in 2012, a daughter that graduated from Gatesville High School in 2016, and another daughter that is in eighth grade, all of which are very dear to me, just as I know parents, your children are dear to you. 

   My goal is to inspire and encourage students to strive to be the best they can be. I hope to do this by engaging them in activities that engross them in learning, exploration, and experimentation. We will do classroom activities which include individual and group work, labs, computer labs, outside exploration, and some good old-fashioned hard work and studying.  Hopefully, you will all find it as interesting and as fascinating as I do.
