Hello, my name is Suzy Penrod, and I am thrilled to be the Principal at Gatesville Junior High School! My experience in education encompasses many positions, including being a classroom teacher, Reading Specialist, Intervention Specialist, Language Arts Facilitator, an Instructional Coach, and an Assistant Principal. No matter the position I've held, I've always remained passionate about focusing on student learning.
As an educator, I am committed to building relationships and partnering with our students, staff and parents. I believe in every child being valued and challenged to reach their full potential. With a positive mindset, we can achieve anything together!
